| Q:
Will the Traffic Reports show the email address of the visitors?
|
| A:
No. Email addresses of the visitors are not sent through the HTTP
protocol. Therefore, they can not be accessed by WSTR to be included in
the report.
|
| Q:
I see HTML codes in my email reports, or the email reports appear garbled. Why?
|
| A:
Because the WSTR reports contain graphical content, they are emailed in
HTML format. Most modern email programs (such as Microsoft Outlook) are
automatically configured to properly display emails in HTML format. If
your email program is not displaying the WSTR reports properly, try
adjusting your settings or upgrade your email program to one that
supports HTML formatted emails.
